Review:Vinification : In the traditional way with lightly pressed grapes combined with a small amount of carbonic maceration. Vatting for 3 weeks. Fermentation at controlled temperatures. Tasting note : Intense dark-red color. Nose dominated by ripe red fruit with a hint of spice. Full-bodied with velvety tannins.
