This Chablis is blended from grapes bought from contract growers and carefully vinified at Olivier Leflaive’s winery. The cuvée is a blend of grapes from both sides of the Serein River, thus the name ‘Deux Rives’ or ‘Two Banks.’ Most of the vines utilized to make this wine are more than 30 years old and the grapes are manually harvested. The success of this Chablis is based in its quality and expression of terroir.
