Created in a classic style, Bogle’s Sauvignon Blanc was cold fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, using reductive winemaking practices, to maintain its varietal character: crisp, vibrant and refreshing. Notes of tropical gooseberry are paired with hints of green peppers, springs herbs and freshly cut grass. A touch of citrus fruit zest teases your mouth as well. Absolutely refreshing, the thick and round mouthfeel is well balanced with crisp acidity for a lasting and memorable finish.
The 2006 Ferrari-Carano Fumé Blanc is a blend of vineyard lots from various appellations of Sonoma County. Zesty flavors and aromas of tropical fruit such as kiwi, gooseberry, pineapples and mangos with a hint of grassiness are complemented by creamy citrus notes. Aging partially in stainless steel and older French oak gives this wine a crisp freshness and a subtle oak character that adds great complexity and depth.
A luscious barrel-aged wine that captures the crisp, vibrant character of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The wine opens with floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine merging with fresh citrus and a touch of mineral and toasted almond. Richly layered flavors of citrus and lychee fruit unfold on the palate. Thanks to barrel-fermentation and gentle stirring during sur lie aging in French oak, the wine is round and expressive, with a long, elegant finish.
