Bushmills Malt 21 Year Old is an extremely rare single malt Irish whiskey. Only a very limited number of bottles are available each year. It is matured in three different types of casks. The whiskey is first aged in American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for 19 years and upwards. The malt whiskey is then vatted and married for another 2 years in Madeira drums.

Bushmills 16 Year Old Malt has fullness of depth and flavor rarely found. This exceptional whisky is matured for 16 years or more in combination of American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry butts. The bourbon barrels infuse delicate honey, mild toasted wood and vanilla notes, while the sherry wood lends the malt a rich, fruity sweetness and a distinct nutty character. These whiskeys are then vatted together and marrried for several months in large old port pipes giving Bushmills Malt 16 year its depth, balance and complexity.

Named for the legendary Irish hero, Michael Collins Single Malt is the first ultra-premium Irish whisky. This whisky is pot distilled with select grains and malted barley dried over peat fires. This process is the oldest tradition of Irish distilling, dating back to 1762. Michael Collins single malt is well-rounded with a wonderfully subtle smokey flavor from the peat that lingers on the palate. It is best enjoyed in a snifter or on the rocks.
