Since its creation by Edvouard Martell in 1912, Cordon Bleu Cognac has become a genuine legend. Its taste, marked predominantly by 'eaux-de-vie' from the Borderies area. It is exceptionally smooth, round and complex in body while it is rich in fruit and wood with a delicate aftertaste due long aging. A high proportion of Borderies grapes lend it mellowness and complexity.
