General

You must be of legal drinking age, 21 years or older, in order to purchase alcoholic beverages from Vingo Wine & Spirits. When placing an order from Vingo Wine & Spirits, whether by phone or through the Internet, you are representing to us that you are of such legal age. Proof of such age is required when delivering your merchandise.

Signature Policy

A person must be 21 years or older in order for you to receive your shipment. The FedEx driver will be given instructions not deliver to or leave your delivery with anyone under 21 years of age. Please make every effort that someone of legal drinking age will be present upon your delivery. There will be a processing and restocking charge of 10% if your order is returned to us undeliverable due to the above mentioned regulation. We will not ship to a P.O. Box !

Shipping Policy

Currently we do not ship to the following states

Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Tennessee, Utah, and Wyoming

Due to New Jersey Regulations, we cannot ship to the above addresses. If you are from these states please call our Customer Service

Inventory

Because of the high volume nature of our business, our current inventory is changing on a daily, if not hourly, basis. We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date. There are instances however, where vintages or items sell out before we are able to update the out of stock or change to the new vintage on our website. The Wine Searcher search engine updates our site approximately every 6 days, so you may see an item on there in which we are sold out of. We will contact you prior to shipping out an order if such circumstances arise.

Discounts

A discount of 10% is calculated on a purchase of 12 or more bottles of non-sale items. Items on sale at special prices are already discounted and will be given no further discount. You can use the sale items to get to 12 or more bottles, but only the non-sale bottles will be discounted. No discount is given on liquor items.

Returns

If you find any problem on your order please contact us at info@vingowine.com or call us at 732-544-1234. This must be done within 5 days of receipt of delivery. When returning a package back to us, repack the wine in the same packaging and send it back to Vingo Wine & Spirits, 66 Highway 36, Eatontown, NJ 07724. Upon inspection of the contents, we will determine a replacement or credit for your return less a 10% processing and restocking fee. There will not be a refund or exchange given for items returned after 30 days from Date of Shipment.

Privacy & Security

Vingowine.com is dedicated to safeguarding and protecting your privacy. Vingowine.com will not rent, sell or distribute your name, address, e-mail address, phone number or any other personal information to any third party company or agent. It is used expressly for the purpose of conducting business with you.

Ownership

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Vingo Wine & Spirits to the purchaser in the state of New Jersey at the time Vingo Wine & Spirits removes the purchased items from stock and designates the order for shipping and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of the purchased items to his/her designated location whether in New Jersey or another state. The risk of loss for all purchased items passes from Vingo Wine & Spirits to the purchaser in the same manner and at the same time title passes to the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Vingo Wine & Spirits, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in compliance with his/her state and local laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of order placed. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or taxes, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
