Review:The 2001 Reserva is dark ruby with a classic nose of cedar, spice box, tobacco, black cherry, and black currant. Velvety on the palate like a high-class Pinot Noir, this elegant, ripe, medium-bodied, nicely delineated Rioja can be enjoyed now and over the next 8 years.
