Mosel-Saar-Ruwer

The Haart parcels in Goldtropfchen are located in the central area, facing south in a horseshoe shape on some of the steepest slopes in the world. The soil is slate-blue Devon, light and stony, absorbing heat during the day and releasing at night. This is focused and creamy, with a vanilla pastry accent to the peach and mineral notes, ending on the smooth finish.

S.A Prüm is a family-owned wine estate nestled on the banks of Germany’s serene Mosel River, at the heart of the country’s celebrated Mosel-Saar-Ruwer growing region. Here, the Prüm family has cultivated vines for over 200 years. The estate has been in the hands of Raimund Prüm, owner and winemaker, since 1971 when he assumed full management. Under his leadership, the property has become one of the region’s most successful wineries, boasting an international reputation for the production of exquisite Rieslings.

This Riesling has an intense golden color. Scents of flowers and citrus on the nose are followed by crisp flavors of lime, honey, and slate all balanced out by a bright acidity and lingering finish full of fruit and stone. The perfect sipping wine alone or with a variety of dishes.
