Lifted and intense ripe jammy blackcurrant and blackberry fruits, with a hint of spicy anise and oak mocha lifted. Unctuous creamy mid palate is supported by textural grainy tannins.

Lifted aromas of raspberries, spice,fennel, espresso and milk chocolate. The palate is very clean and fruit friendly, medium body with firm but textured tannins. The acid and tannins balance the wine's red and dark cherry flavors.

A fun yet serious Sparkling red wine that is incredibly rich in color, and smells just like dark chocolate with raisins, mixed with strawberry and violet aromas. When you taste it, the fruit flavors literally explode in your mouth giving you an awesomely rich, concentrated, pure fruit experience with a beautifully balanced finish. Yum!

Premium Shiraz grapes from some of South Australia's best vineyards have been selected to maintain this consistent style and quality. The wine has excellent structure and length, and while it is ready for drinking now, will gain further complexity over the next two to four years

An animated and bright nose showing flashes of black pepper and stone fruits. Rich and full bodied on the palate with flavours of blackcurrant, anise and mixed spice. The palate is multilayered and finishes with supple tannin.

The wine is rich ruby red in color. Sweet blueberry fruit abounds in
the nose, complexed by tobacco, coffee & chocolate. In the mouth,
there are plums & fruitcake with lavish toasty oak and a voluptuous
creamy structure.

Made from 100% Shiraz grapes grown on 10 to 15 year old vines from some of the best regions of South Australia including Kangarilla, Blewitt Springs and Kalimna. The wine is a lively, dense, ruby red in color. It has intensely perfumed fruit characters and is brambly with ripe black cherry. There are slight hints of cinnamon spiciness & light mocha. The juicy, fleshy palate finishes with ripe tannins.
