Review:Bright, pale gold. Earthy and musky on the nose, with an almost cedary, resinous tone atop sweet orchard fruits. Soft and round on the palate, showing flavors of ripe pear, honeydew and an intriguing, grassy quality similar to a young St. Marcellin cheese(!). Finishes with bright acidity and a minerally element. Highly individual, fascinating Champagne. - Tanzer
