Review:Pale, green-tinged straw color, with a strong mousse. Wonderfully expressive, precise aromas of rose, magnolia and beeswax-accented pear and green apple; graceful and amazingly pure. Utterly weightless on the palate, with intense orchard and citrus flavors but zero grams of fat. A depth charge of minerally, toasty and spicy pear flavors kicks in, carrying through the electric finish. Offers a rare combination of finesse and power. - Tanzer
